Morning Star Academy is funded exclusively by tuition, fees and generous gifts from our supporters. We recognize that tuition payments can be an obstacle to enrollment. We have made it a priority to do everything we can to make Christian education available for families with a demonstrated need. Our tuition assistance program is designed to make a MSA education work within your budget. Whether your need is small or great we encourage you to complete the tuition assistance application.
MSA utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid (FACTS) to streamline the financial aid assessment process. Families submit an application and supporting documents such as tax returns and pay statements through a secure portal, and FACTS makes recommendations to MSA based on data collected. In addition to FACT’s recommendations, each family’s financial and personal situation is considered. Please know that we have the utmost respect for your privacy, and all information is held in strict confidence.
Once awarded, the student(s) and parent(s) must remain in good financial, conduct and academic standing with the school as a condition of assistance being continued. Application can be made online between January 1st and May 1st for new and reenrolling families. FACTS charges a non-refundable $35 Grant & Aid application fee per family. Families applying outside of this period should call the office at 903-583-5974 before applying, in order to determine the availability of tuition assistance funds.
